Thus place was great when it opened. Food tasted homemade. Now it tastes like Golden Coral. Poured out of a bucket and warmed up. Breakfast food was mediocre at best and they did not keep the bar stocked. Had to wait on food several times. French toast was almost raw. Gravy was thin as water and tastes about like it. Biscuits were black on the bottom.None of the food was very flavorful or well prepared except the bacon which was the one saving grace. It was pretty good. Save your money and get a biscuit as Spinx down the road.

Long wait but the amazing food made it worth the wait! Hope to come back soon and hope they have a shorter line next time! =)

Over all think the place was great, nice, quite, and clean. the food over all good, but to be honest kinda bland, love the country fried steak, and the fried chicken those 2 only seem to have season added to them. Now for the mash potatoes, clam they used galic but not in the batch I had, no season what so ever and how a sour taste I ask the waitress if they used sour cream, (I know they didn't), cause the potatoes had a sour taste, I do know they use to much water and no milk. There is a big difference, The salad bar was good, but think they also water down some of the dressing. the dessert bar was good. The only other thing was nothing was labeled. I am old and have had cooked and tried every food that is in my price range, so I could tell to a point what was what. lol. Not sure what was paid my husband paid for it. but did notice that for kids price and ages it seem a little high. So won't be bringing them.

This buffet is the best! Chicken livers are the best that I have had in a long, long time ... the Mac and cheese is awesome! Great price, clean & good service! I never made it to the desserts but there was plenty to choose from ... great looking salad bar too but I stuck with the delicious vegetables! Got find my way again one day ...

A great country style food buffet. Good selection, the buffet was well maintained and clean. Service was great and staff friendly. We visited on Oct. 5 2019 a Saturday night. The tee shirts that read "never trust a shinny cook" was a nice touch.

The food is just as amazing as you think it is!!! The mac-n-cheese was the BEST I've ever had outside my own kitchen. And the fried chicken was just stupid awesome! We drove 45 minutes each way to check this place out and it was WELL worth every minute of it. The staff was super nice and the place is very clean. We highly recommend you give the place a try!

We stopped after a long day of driving with our 4 kids. ALL of us found stuff we liked. The food was hot and fresh. Honestly it was like stopping by my granny's kitchen on our road trip. Definitely will bring the family back. Buffett price was $12 a person with a cup of sweet tea.

The food is exactly what you'd expect. Southern meats and vegetables. They even have a big tray of fatback on the buffet. The fr I Ed chicken is great. And then they pull out all the stops on Sunday.

This joint is the bomb! They got anything you could possibly ask for in a salad bar and the veggies are ALWAYS fresh ,never wilted or brown and disgusting like most small outfits. The hot foods are consistently well cooked and seasoned ,I can't say I've eaten anything I didn't like from this place . I don't see how they do it but I sure appreciate it, so does my belly 🤣🐖The waitstaff are extremely polite and go out of their way to anticipate the customer's needs. Even the cooks come out and check the food they've prepared and take time to be social. Whoever runs this place oughtta be proud .

Very friendly and attentive staff. Nice salad bar. Rest of the food was ok not great. Price I thought was high for quality of food $25 for 2 on buffet. I haven't tried the BBQ yet so may do that.

Buffets are always hit or miss for me. This was much more hit than miss. Nearly everything I ate was excellent. A few were just good. Everything was fresh and hot. Nothing ran out without being immediately replenished. The staff was friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be back.

Very good country eating. I like that its buffet style and you can get all you can eat. Extremely helpful for a big guy, the staff is friendly and I like interacting with them. I definitly recommend for as taste of the South. (Try the mushrooms)

Great food and people are very friendly

Cashier tried to give back incorrect change. Pulled, chopped pork way to much gristle and bone, salt and pepper shakers are plastic and glued together. Place was clean and waitress friendly. First time there possibly the last.

Fish fry Friday!Shrimp, fish filets, and whole bone in fish, with all the fixings. Only down side was no cocktail sauce, and the turn over on the shrimp was a bit slow... still way more than one person should eat in a sitting. We love it.

Okra is burnt. White gravy is watery. Meat is dry and tough. Mashed potatoes are instant. Don't know why it's called country cooking. Not good at all. And $25 for two to have buffet is very outrageous. Not coming back. And can't in good faith recommend it. Told manager how I felt and all he could do was insist potatoes are real. Ok. That's scary. The good reviews on here are misleading. I believe it's just friends of the owners trying to boost their reviews. Horrible food! Manager didn't even offer a half refund. We left and went to eat elsewhere

I don't care about the negative comments, I believe that this is a new business that need more visitors. They have a nice looking place and lots of very good food, salad bar with all the triming, two food bars with 3 meat choices, a desert bar with ice cream and lots more. Plus a 20% Seniors discount. If you leave hungry it's your fault.

Excellent food with a great selection from the buffet and great service too! On Fridays and Saturdays they also have live entertainment. On the night we visited there was a bluegrass band. We will definately return.

I dont know were to start, I seen A Short clip on Facebook about this place and had to try it. WOW is the word the food here is fantastic. The cook her name is BO. This place has a cozy atmosphere to it and the cost is very inexpensive.
